What is 3D Nipple tattoo?

Nipple and areola tattoo is the placement of pigment beneath the epidermis of the skin of the breast, otherwise known as micro pigmentation or tattooing.
 

What is Scar Camouflage tattoo?

Scar camouflage is tattooing of the skin with different colors of flesh tone pigments. It’s purpose is to disguise a scar or skin area that is missing pigment or color.
 

What kind of pigment or ink is used?

The artist uses pigments that are certified vegan and are never tested on animals. The brand is called, Derma Blend.
 

How long will my tattoo last?

Any potential fading will happen in the healing process during the first 2 weeks. Unless overly exposed to the sun, the tattoo should last a lifetime.
 

What will my down time be?

There is no down time with this procedure. You can resume normal activities, with a couple exceptions. No vigorous exercise for the first 24 hours, and no swimming or soaking for at least 7 days.
 

Will the needle puncture my implant?

No, the needle only goes into the dermis layer of the skin.

What is micro needling?

Micro needling is an alternative treatment that works directly on damaged skin, relaxing and smoothing scars, also reducing stretch marks. No pigment is tattooed into the skin.

Will i have pain during the procedure?

Most patients experience little to no pain. There is usually very little nerve response left in reconstructed breast tissue and or scar tissue. For those that still have feeling and are worried about pain, there are two numbing agents that can be applied to the area. with this application there will be no pain only the pressure of my hand during the tattoo.

Will i need another appointment?

You will always need a follow up appointment to document the healing process. As far as further procedures, that depends on the way you individually heal. Some areola tattoos may be complete after the first session, some may require a touch up. Some scar camouflage tattoos may require multiple sessions to achieve the desired look.

Who can benefit from these services?

Any person that has a hypopigmented scar. Meaning a white patch or area of skin lacking pigment. Such as Mastectomy, Vitiligo, Burns, Stretch Marks, Acne Scars, Injury Scars, Surgery Scars, Loss of Pigment due to laser skin resurfacing, Loss of Pigment due to chemical peels.
